CDVRS
Producer & Engineer
CDVRS (Cameron Dankwa) is a UK-based engineer and producer known for his work in urban and commercial music. His passion for music started in school, and by university he'd moved into engineering — using the COVID lockdowns to dive deeper into production with Logic and FL Studio, studying the greats along the way.
What began as beat-making grew into a deeper love for mixing, taught largely through tutorials and mixing vocals for friends before his debut track with BabyBell (now MUDMUNI). By summer 2020 he'd expanded across university networks connecting with artists UK-wide, and in 2022 launched No Pressure — a platform now working with talent across France, Italy, Ghana and beyond. Today CDVRS runs his own collective alongside Grind and Ghost Records.
Havana is a London-based alternative R&B singer-songwriter carving out a distinctive space with her deeply soulful sound and emotionally honest approach to music. Known for her rich vocal tone and transparent songwriting, she blends modern R&B with the warmth of neo-soul.
Her artistry explores loyalty, self-worth, desire and emotional growth — balancing vulnerability with confidence so the music feels personal yet universally relatable. As her presence in the UK R&B scene keeps rising, she stands out for her honesty, depth and unmistakable soul.
One of the newer signings to the Grind and Ghost family, Palmzz brings a unique sound and undeniable energy to the roster. With a fast-growing catalogue and thrilling plans in motion, Palmzz is set to make real waves in the industry.
Noaah — the extra "A" a mark of his own artistic identity — is a London-based artist making music that aims to connect on a personal level. His lyrics invite listeners to find their own experience inside his, and he deeply values everyone who takes the time to sit with his music.
Ayo S. Peters is a young entrepreneur who established his own record label at the age of 17 — a dream he'd been carrying since 14, which in his own words stems from "always having loved the idea of helping artists, supporting their creative vision and representing them."
While studying at Westminster University, where he graduated in 2024, Ayo was able to establish his own production company and used his skills to offer high-quality music and video production services. He took the vision further, entering the event management world under the Grind and Ghost umbrella, followed by an internationally run record label established by Cameron Dankwa.
With Cameron, he expanded by incorporating a publishing and distribution branch to enable more artists to reach new heights. The mission with Grind and Ghost is to collaborate with creative and passionate individuals all over the world to provide services to artists and the music industry.
Led by his drive to give back to society, Ayo also founded his own Community Interest Company to benefit young people across a range of career paths, creating opportunities for individuals who have walked where he has and bringing people together through various art forms.

Yes, always. Repeat UK is a distribution service, not a label deal. You own your masters and your publishing — we simply get your music out there.
Royalties are paid monthly once platforms report them. Typical reporting cycles mean earnings from a given month usually appear about two months later.
Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TikTok and 40+ more. If a platform exists, your music will be there.

Policies
1. Booking Policy
To help us keep bookings running smoothly, please note the following updated rescheduling policy:
24 Hours’ Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Same-Day Rescheduling: Same-day rescheduling will incur a £32 rebooking fee.
Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times free of charge, provided the required notice is given.
Third Reschedule: Any third reschedule will incur a £32 rebooking fee.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate you helping us keep our bookings fair and organised for everyone.
2. Late Payment Policy
At Grind & Ghost Studios, we offer payment plans to make our production, marketing, and creative services more accessible.
By agreeing to a payment plan, you are committing to the payment dates that have been arranged.
Payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.
Late payments will incur an additional £10 every week, which will be added to your outstanding balance.
Clients on a direct payment plan with Grind & Ghost Studios will not receive their final product or files until the balance has been paid in full.
For more flexible payment options, we also accept Clearpay and Klarna through our payment partners.
This policy applies only to payment plans arranged directly with Grind & Ghost Studios.
3. Studio Policy — Maximum Capacity
To ensure the best possible recording experience for every client, we kindly ask that no more than 3–4 people attend each studio session.
Keeping the number of people in the studio to a minimum helps maintain a focused, professional environment and reduces unnecessary distractions or interference during recordings.
4. Respect for the Studio Environment
Treat the studio space and equipment with care at all times.
No food or drink is allowed near studio equipment.
Smoking or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their session due to misuse or negligence.
5. Punctuality & Session Timing
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrival does not guarantee extended session time unless agreed upon in advance.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, your session may be cancelled, and your payment will be forfeited.
6. Respecting the Session Engineer
The engineer’s role is to help you achieve the best quality in your session. Please communicate clearly and respectfully.
Verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour, or any form of harassment towards the engineer will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
Clients must follow all safety and workflow instructions provided by the engineer.

An artist discovery platform dedicated to showcasing musical talent from around the globe.
No Pressure Ent. was created by producer/engineer Cameron 'CD' Dankwa during lockdown in 2020, when he set out to discover musical talent in other countries. It began as a run of freestyles with local artists he already worked with — then, episode by episode, grew into reaching out to artists overseas.
The aim has stayed the same since day one: show and educate people on the different cultures music has to offer worldwide, and help each artist we work with find their own path forward. What started as a discovery series has since grown into a running music label.
