At Growth and Greatness CIC, our mission is to create more opportunities and events for young people to connect, collaborate, and bring their brilliant minds together. While working in the Mayor’s Office, we’ve seen efforts to address street violence in London, but these initiatives haven’t fully tackled the root causes. Through our own brand, I’ve been able to make a significant independent impact, inspiring and engaging young people in meaningful ways. This success has led to the creation of a foundation that will allow us to expand our efforts, not just in London, but across the UK and eventually worldwide, providing young people with spaces to grow, create, and reach their full potential
