Set up and founded in July 2019 by 2 teenage boys; Ayo Peters & Kendrick. Grind and Ghost was formed as a group of friends who met in a business class at a college in East London.

They founded G&G due to a lack of opportunities in their local area for teenagers. This team is about bringing the youth back to life.

We are probably the youngest label out there, with our average team age at 18. But what we lack in experience we make up for is drive, passion and love for the future of our youth.

We give our artists a platform to be creative and allow them to thrive within the industry so that they can turn their inner desires into action and grow their artistic careers.
